Inside a Food Truck Operation

Lacey Lueth, owner of Lola’s An American Bistro in downtown New Ulm, gave Martin County West Entrepreneurship students a tour of her Food Truck. The class, composed of 10th – 12th graders, was focused on business management and marketing. Lacey shared her personal story of her entrepreneurial journey and gave a virtual tour of her food truck. She explained the pros and cons of the food truck and answered great questions from the students. These students can now say they’ve seen inside the belly of a food truck, which not many have!
